Pastor Jim Frease
is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Joy
Church International, as well as Founder
and President of World Changers Bible
Institute (WCBI) in Mt. Juliet,
Tennessee. He is the primary instructor
at WCBI and has been ministering since
1984. He also ministers around the
country and internationally.
Under the
mandate of God, Pastor Jim and Anne
founded Joy Church International in Mt.
Juliet, Tennessee. They pioneered the
church in October of 2003 with just 18
people without knowing even one person
in the area. JCI has since become one
of the fastest growing churches in the
region with over 700 in actual
attendance in two services. Preliminary
plans are already being established for
a third service. Hundreds are giving
their lives to Jesus and even more lives
and families are being transformed with
joy!
Anne Frease is
a graduate of Oral Roberts University
and an anointed singer who has traveled
with the Oral Roberts University Music
Ministry teams. Anne has been
ministering since 1990. She has
ministered in song in churches all over
the country and is presently the worship
leader at Joy Church International.
Pastor Jim
and Anne also founded
WORLD
CHANGERS BIBLE INSTITUTE in
1992, a Bible school for future leaders
of all ages. WCBI is designed to train
men and women who: 1) sense a calling to
the five-fold ministry 2) want to make
a greater impact in the ministry of
helps in a local church setting 3)
want a very strong biblical grounding
while discovering God's plan and gifting
for their life (possibly before or after
college) 4) desire excellence and
success in Christian living and 5)
those who truly want to make their lives
count for God.
In all five
categories Pastor Jim and Anne have a
strong desire to see men and women
develop a tremendous intimacy with the
Lord Jesus Christ (I Cor. 1:9) and an
unprecedented commitment to His Word
(the unshakeable certainty in uncertain
times). WCBI has trained men and women
to be a strong asset to the pastor and
local church through serving (Mark
10:43) with the utmost integrity (Ps.
26:11) and faithfulness (Luke
16:10-12). Students or graduates from
WCBI have ministered in Cuba, Guatemala,
Haiti, Jamaica, Mexico, Germany,
England, Honduras, Nicaragua, El
Salvador, Japan, Philippines, Trinidad,
Ecuador, and Australia as well as other
countries in the world and throughout
the United States. Many of our WCBI
graduates are now in the full-time
ministry. The beautiful part of
this is that WCBI is truly fulfilling
its vision as all this has been
accomplished through the students as
they have worked in conjunction with
their local church! nbsp;
WCBI graduates who are not called into
full-time ministry, fully recognize
their full-time calling in the ministry
of helps. Many of our graduates are now
serving as the head ushers, college and
career workers, youth workers,
children's workers, etc. in churches
around the country and internationally.
Pastor Jim
and Anne also have headed up
"WORLD CHANGERS CHALLENGE", a
short-term summer missions program in
other countries. This ministry has
emphasized evangelistic and discipleship
opportunities for WCBI students as they
have the opportunity to put classroom
concepts into practical application
(James 1:25). Countless lives have been
affected for eternity via this powerful
missions outreach (Matt. 24:14)!
Most
importantly, Pastor Jim and Anne are
deeply in love with the Lord Jesus
Christ and are completely committed to
His Word. As they minister they desire
to do so with lots of humor and joy
(Neh. 8:10), the utmost of integrity
(Ps. 26:11), propelling the listener by
the anointing of God to a greater
intimacy with Jesus and motivating them
to acceleration in Christian service.
The Freases
have been married for over 17 years and
love their precious son Johnathan.
Pastor Jim’s hobbies include
shark-fishing while Anne always enjoys a
trip to the mall! |
